Rising percentages generally indicate strong planning and proactive management, while lower percentages can point to areas where further attention or investment may be needed to maintain security and reliability.

- Green if at least 95%
- Yellow if between 80% to 95%
- Red if 80% or lower
Why This Measure Matters
Keeping technology modern and well‑maintained is essential for secure and reliable County operations. When systems or devices become outdated, they can introduce security risks, slow down services, or increase the likelihood of failures that impact staff and the community. Monitoring lifecycle health helps the County plan ahead, invest wisely, and reduce the risks associated with aging or unsupported technology.
