What This Graph Tells Us
This graph shows us the percentage of Skagit County employees who have completed Workplace Emergency Preparedness Training.
Why This Measure Matters
Measuring and ensuring that EOC command and general staff are appropriately trained is vital for the effectiveness, safety, and efficiency of emergency response efforts. It contributes to a more organized, coordinated, and capable response, ultimately leading to better outcomes for the community and the county. Appropriately trained staff will also assist with CEPA capability scores.
