Data Status Legend
- Green - 50 or more employees participation
- Yellow - 40 - 49 employees participation
- Red - less than 40 employees participation
Why This Measure Matters
There is credible data showing that participation in well-designed wellness initiatives can lead to improved health behaviors and satisfaction, lower absenteeism, and in some cases lower healthcare costs and positive ROI. But the key for success is adequate participation, and measured over time. It’s not guaranteed simply by having a wellness program.
