- Red - less acres of Natural Resource Lands were protected compared to the previous year.
Why This Measure Matters
As farmland and salmon habitat are both important to the County, this measure enables us to track protect Natural Resource lands to ensure our goals are met.

Protecting the natural lands throughout Skagit County is important not only for preservation and stewardship of the environment, but to ensure our agricultural productivity remains sustainable.
